As a victim of human and labor trafficking who has been in the sex work world I want to break down how the misinformation and the misconceptions and the stigma between sex work, the classification of ” whore’s” and the laws going into trafficking come into play all together and what makes it to be considered a part of THE NEW MODERN DAY SLAVERY.
Classifications of Clientele and Sex Workers
Two different kinds of clientele in sex work explained
I was told one time that there were two different kinds of clients when it comes to sex work. You have those that are innocently needing companionship For example one person told me one time that he hadn’t had a hug from anybody but his daughter in six months. And we you know as humans we do need companionship and I honestly feel for these people because I have been one of those people being isolated as much as I was for 4 and 1/2 years, IMPRISONED actually.
Then you have the second kind of clients that take out companionship from sex workers and that’s the predators. Men who have mummy is she with men who are looking to take their anger in their frustrations and their whatever’s out on sex workers.
The classification of “whore’s” explained
So this is what I’ve been taught while doing sex work. Here’s the brass tax of the way men look at women and shooting it straight out bluntly, speaking like a man actually. Hehe
Here it is, ALL women are whore’s in a man’s eyes. Just straight up. What makes the difference is the classification of the “whore” that the individual man sees a woman to be classified as.
The level of respect a man has towards a woman depends on the classification of whore He classifies her as.

Now even though technically ALL THREE OF THOSE WORDS ARE ACTUALLY THREE DIFFERENT CLASSIFICATIONS. To all men, they are ONE IN THE SAME CLASSIFICATION!
Understanding the classification of “sex workers”
I’ve tried to explain this several times in my blogs on my other website, but of course nothing goes through their heads the people that focus to that website. Think of it like Walmart, ok. Walmart has their shoe department, pharmacy department, auto department, and so forth. It’s different departments but it’s still all under Walmart, right? so that everybody understands what the donation is used for, ITS FOR THE BILLS, NOT SEX!!!! Its strictly FOR THE BILLS THAT COME WITH EVERYTHING! All the programs, advertising, website, security and etc, etc, etc. THAT LIST OF BILLS EASILY CAN GO INTO 3 TO 4 THOUSAND A MONTH AND OVER!!
This is when you were getting into a business formation. Every step of this is legally done just like any other business. You have your logo, your trademark, your copyrights, your advertising is done just like any other business your taxes are done just like any other business and to shoot down any and all on miss about any of any escort that has her brand. YOUR BRAND IS LITERALLY ALL YOU HAVE AND TO TORNISH YOUR BRAND IS ANY BUSINESSES DEATH SENTENCE. There’s not one person that I know her or her would ever guess to put their brand on the line of just to blackmail $50 $100 $200 it’s not even worth the brand The brand in the the work that goes into making that brand into making your name is a lot of work and they would not take their brand and just flush it down the toilet for pennies. In $50 $25 for a deposit may be a lot of money to somebody but to us into our brand it’s nothing compared to what our brand really cost.
Just to throw a lot of these misconceptions out of the window, for real. Also you will never see anyone of this caliber having a pimp because of the business side of things AND THEIR BRAND.

Also you have what’s called being 2257 age verification laws. How Fosta/Sesta Laws Turned Sex Workers Into Slaves With No Roghts
On the homepage The very first thing you see is about FOSTA/SESTA and HUMAN and Labor Trafficking. I know I’ve written on this before but it hasn’t been republished and noticed quite yet so I’m going to go ahead and go over this in this blog And I’m going to break this portion down as well. B
The War on Sex Work and Sex Workers
When Trump decided to sign the FOSTA and SESTA Bills into law there were quite a number of people that had impacted this law into play that actually gave a lot of misconceptions and misinformation out there to drive the “War on Sex Work and Sex Workers” into play.
Instead of helping those that are in Sex Work and those LIKE ME THAT ACTUALLY FOUND THEMSELVES TO BE TRAFFICKED IN THE REAL SENSE. These laws caused so much damage. SO MUCH SO THAT IT’S BEYOND WHAT WORDS THAT I CAN FIND TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH DAMAGE IS DONE TO JUST ME ALONE.
Breaking Down The Way Laws Are Written
Over the last four years I have studied quite a bit of law. Everything from adult law, obscenity laws, privacy policies, data website law, domestic violence laws, stalking laws, the laws of RICO, human and civil rights. And the list continues of what I’ve researched. I noticed something about the way the laws were written
There are two different ways that all laws are written
- They are either VERY vaguely written, so that situations can be “construed” And that is a very important word to understand construed it’s not misconstrued. This allows for loopholes and profiling and such. In the subject matter of FOSTA/SESTA, The Cloud Act, the new laws on financial institutions and sex workers That is bunched up with human trafficking.
- Secondly you have the laws that are written very detailed out. Take for example the trip house laws and I know I have the link somewhere but my computer is down so it’d be a mess to try to find these links right now, but I will get to them soon and update these for you. But for example on the Texas trap House laws that were passed in 2019. It goes into explicit detail that anybody caught housing any sex workers could lose all their assets and be held liable for human trafficking. And it went into full detail of what “housing” was considered to be. An apartment, a home, a tent, a trailer, a boat, a car.
This “War on Sex Work amd Sex Workers” INSTANTANEOUSLY brought us back to the when Martin Luther King Jr was fighting for civil rights. Instantly exchanging when minority group for another and classifying them as slaves with no rights.
The instant hatred that was/ is seen as a sex worker from those that are not in this world is more than incredible. ITS AWFUL, to say the least. Instantly you had a store owners and workers reserving their right to not sell food, to not sell clothes to anyone they knew that was in sex work. This instantly took away the right to shelter for anyone that was in sex work. These laws instantly took away any rights and/or privileges to having any money with any financial institutions.
During first of the relief funds of COVID-19 For small business owners, sex workers or specifically called out and left out. United States was not the only ones that had specified against does not work considered as sex workers left out of the small business loans of Covid-19 relief.
During a pandemic quarantine, where social distancing with mandated into law, by the way the laws are written, left human beings that do a job that is not seen as legal… Homeless, hungry, with no money nor any rights in danger…. Around the world!!!!!
And here’s the kicker all of this, during quarantine there was such an influx and rise of women who were asking questions about only fans and about selling content and about what to do and how to go about it from single mothers and from even married women who had felt the hardship of the quarantine. Many were turning to a sex work as their last option during this time who were desperately seeking a way to keep their homes and food on the tables and so forth.
And in reality without realizing what they were turning to, we’re voluntarily going from having human and civil rights and privileges to instant slavery
What Is Human and Labor Trafficking & What Makes It “Trafficking”
On the homepage I quoted on what is legally considered to be human trafficking. Again I will the law here:

a) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or

b) The recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery. But What Does All This REALLY Mean?
Yes I know you’ve read it but what does it mean in layman’s terms to where you can understand it? So let’s break this down:
What is coercion really?
Oh I can give many examples on this one. Smoke a joint, smoke a bolo, do a line, “chill and Netflix”, by a drink, go on a date which doesn’t exist anymore….And I’m just going to put this out of here…. Do anything and EXPECT pussy in return. THAT’S CONSIDERED TO BE COERCION.

And just 3 weeks ago somebody had met from the shelter when I was there had made plans for another person to traffic me to give me to smoking crack And then to have me fuck the same person that was supposed to get me to smoke crack with him to fuck him in the 7-Eleven parking lot and be passed along with all the homeless guys in the neighborhood. Of which, a vulnerable woman homeless like me any girl would have probably taken a hit I didn’t because I don’t want to be around that shit And I’m refused to have sex just because I was being nice to that person and helping him with his car broke down.
For me it has been the worst experiences ever trying to communicate with any man just to be nice and kind to any man because men take that as a sign of her saying YES…. When I have said nothing of that nature and have actually stated many many times and put it straight up out there nobody is getting any pussy from me at all. But still that’s not heard.
The stigma of once a whore always a whore, and then treating a woman worse than ever before. And I’m talking respectful up until men don’t get what they want. That’s exactly when that becomes coercion.
In short, one word…CONSENT!!!!

What does fraud really mean in human trafficking?
Here’s another I can go on forever and a day about. FRAUD… WHAT IS FRAUD?
Well, that that list of 14, 18 and 20 different aliases that I’ve busted many going by. That would posing as a woman Providers trying to ‘wiggle” their way into a hold of the blacklist to see who is blacklisted.

What Does The Average Everyday Traffiicker Look Like???
Ya know, in MY mind’s eye when I hear of “Trafficking” I instantly envision lots of people in truck or something being brought across the border. But that’s NOT the average everyday trafficker.
