Predators/traffickers use the sex work industry to hunt and find their prey. They count on the anonymity to “hide in plain sight”, making it the perfect “predator’s playground.” Using it to covertly taunt, torment and torture those that work in this industry in the most unimaginable inhumane ways. The stigma, along with the misconceptions that make sex work socially unacceptable, as well as the way the laws are written allows them to do these unspeakable acts going unnoticed, then to go back to their lives and families unscathed. Leaving a trail of total destruction behind, with no one being the wiser. 

While the victims to their demise begin to experience being terrorized and taunted, even being tortured in any number of inhumane ways. All in effort to the victims silenced. Often times living a lifetime of torment and in fear, paying the price for being victimized. Going to any and all extremes to keep their dirty deeds from being found out.
